BEFORE THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 46 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET NO. 50-302
-t Florida Power Corporation, a corporat.on organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its Application Volume titled " Application for Licenses" by the filing of Amendment No. 46.
l Amendment No. 45 contains our annual update of our Application for Licenses as required by Appendix C of 10 CFR 50 and our response to the j
request for additional financial information made by Mr. Voss A. Moore i
in his letter of June 10, 1975.
This amendment to the Application contains no restricted data or other information.
