c to- 6 H BEFORE THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 47 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY

-DOCKET No. 50-302 Florida Power Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, Applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its Application by the filing of Amendment No. 47.

Amendment No. 47 consists of updated pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) which reflect revisions to Section 12.0 conduct of Operations, Appendix 12A Technical Qualifications, Appendix 12B Energency Plan, and Section 13.0 Initial Tests and Operation to incorporate new organiza-tional, training, and procedural changes. Also included in Amendment No. 47 is a modification to Section 9.0 Auxiliary and Emergency Systems which was outlined in our letter to Mr. Schwencer on August 26, 1975.

In addition, Amendment No. 47 contains revisions to other FSAR sections ,

l which reflect plant modifications and miscellaneous update pages. i e

This amendment to the Application contains no restricted data or other defense information.
