,...i rt-4 BEFORE THE 30@iT UNITED STATES ATOMIC CNERGY COMMISSION AMENDMENT N0. 44 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET NO. 50-302-Florida Power Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of this State of Florida, Applicant for an operating license and construction parmit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its Application by the filing of Amendment No. 44.
Amendment No. 44 consists of updated pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) which reflect revisions to Section 1.7 Quality Programs, Section 5.0 Containment System and Other Special Structures, Section 13.0 Initial Tests and Operation and Section 15.0 Technical Specifications.
In addition to the above revisions, Amendment No. 44 contains miscella-neous update pages to other FSAR sections.
This amendment to the Application contains no restricted data or other defense informatie7.
