UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 14 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET NO. 50-302 Florida Power Corporation, a corporation erganized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its Application by the filing of Amendment No.
14.
Amendment No. 14 consists of both revisions to and new information for its Final Safety Analysis Report.
A revised Appendix 14B, Pos t-Accident Purging for Reactor Building Hydrogen is included along with a new Appendix 14C, Meteorological Analysis of Periodic Venting. A new Section 15, Technical Specifications is included along with a new binder entitled Technical Specifications.
This amendment to the Application contains no restricted data or other defense information.
