Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (Docket No. 50-228)

By my letter on May 19, 2017, pursuant to the Order Approving Indirect Transfer of Facility Operating License and Conforming Amendment in the above docket, dated February 28, 2017, Aerotest Operations, Inc. informed the Director of the Division of Policy and Rulemaking that it has received all required regulatory approvals of the indirect license transfer described in that Order and that the date of closing of the transfer was currently scheduled for May 31, 2017. In a phone conversation on May 30, 2017, I informed Mr. Ed Helvenston that the closing would be delayed beyond that date. I subsequently informed Mr. Helvenston that the target date for closing was June 14, 2017. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the date of closing of the transfer is currently scheduled for June 14, 2017. Aerotest Operations will promptly notify you should the closing date be further delayed.
