Bill, By letter dated August 16, 2010, as supplemented by letters dated September 27, 2010 and April 6, 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Nos. ML102290067, ML102720964, and ML110970356, respectively), Omaha Public Power District requested to relocate operating and surveillance requirements for the power operated relief valve position, safety valve position and tailpipe temperature instrumentation from Fort Calhoun Station Unit 1 Technical Specifications to Fort Calhoun Station Unit 1 Updated Safety Analysis Report.

The NRC staff has reviewed your submittals and has determined that the information specified in the attached draft Request for Additional Information (RAI) is needed for the staff to complete its evaluation.
