ERRATA TO DAVIS-BESSE NUCLEAR POWER STATION BASELINE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS BIENNIAL EXERCISE INSPECTION REPORT 05000346/2013503

Dear Mr. Lieb:

On June 12, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Inspection Report (IR) 05000346/2013503 (ML13164A125). The inspection report did not include documentation for an inspection sample that was completed under Inspection Procedure (IP) 71114.08, Exercise Evaluation - Scenario Review. Please add Section 1EP8 to the April 24, 2013, report with the 1EP8 section which is enclosed.

ERRATA TO INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000461/2013503 1EP8 Exercise Evaluation - Scenario Review (71114.08)

a. Inspection Scope Prior to the inspection activity, the inspectors conducted an in-office review of the exercise objectives and scenario submitted to the NRC using Inspection Procedure (IP) 71114.08, Exercise Evaluation - Scenario Review, to determine whether the exercise would test major elements of the Emergency Plan, as required by 10 CFR 50.47(b)(14). The inspectors reviewed various documents, which are listed in the Attachment to this report.

This review of the exercise objectives and scenario constituted one sample as defined in IP 71114.08-06.

b. Findings No findings were identified.
