Enclosed please find one unbound and one bound copy of Technical Evaluation Report, "Confirmatory Calculations of the Donald C. Cook Sump Water Level." This report documents SEA's findings from our confirmatory containment response calculations focusing on the rate of ice melting and the resulting sump water level for the referenced plant, and is submitted in partial fulfillmentof the deliverable requirements of the task under the referenced contract.

The technical evaluation report contains SEA's overall findings and confirmatory calculations conducted to predict thermal and hydraulics conditions that exist in the ice condensor containment following a LOCA, and their impact on melting of the ice. Please call me ifyou have questions.
