5.2.2 The containment building is designed and shall be main ained for a maximum internal pressure o 45.0 psig and a peak air temperature of 380'F.

5.3 REACTOR CORE FUEL ASSEMBLIES 5.3.1 The core shall contin 151 fuel assemblies with each fuel assembly con-wining 254 fuel rods clad with Zircaloy-4. Each fuel rod shall have a nominal ac ive fuel length of 144 inches. The initial core loading shall have a maxi-mum enrichment of 3.5 weight percent U-235. Reload fuel shall be similar in physical design to the ini ial core loading and shall have a maximum enrichment of .9 eight percent U-235.

CONTROL ROD ASSEHBLiES 5.3.2 The core shall contain 52 shutdown and control rod assemblies. The shut"own and rod assemblies shall contain a nominal 14Z inches of absorber material. The nominal values of absorber material shall be 80~ silver, 15~

indium, and 5X cadmium, or 95~ hafnium with the remainder zirconium. All c"ntrol rods shall be clad wi 5 stainless ste I tubing.

REACTOR COOLANT SYSTt~
