Accession No. ML18220B357), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff informed you of the acceptance review of the submitted license amendment request (LAR) by Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. (SNC) for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Hatch), on June 29, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18180A396; EPID L-2018-LLA-0186) to revise the Technical Specification Allowable Values for the Condensate Storage Tank (CST) Low Level transfer function.

In the email dated August 7, 2018, the NRC staff informed you that the expected completion date for this licensing action was May 2019. However, the NRC staff issued a request for additional information (RAI) on April 30, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19142A201). The SNC staff responded to the RAI on June 12, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19163A180). Therefore, the NRC staff is revising the expected completion date for this licensing action to be August 2019.
