H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT NO. 2 - CORRECTION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PAGE ISSUED WITH AMENDMENT NO. 216 ISSUED ON JULY 16, 2007 (TAC NO. MD4250)

Dear Mr. Walt:

On July 16, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 216 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-23 for the H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2 (HBR), in response to your request dated February 2, 2007.

The amendment adopted the TSTF-447, "Elimination of Hydrogen Recombiners and Change to Hydrogen and Oxygen Monitors," which deletes the TS requirements related to containment hydrogen monitors and supports implementation of the revisions of 10 CFR 50.44, "Combustible Gas Control for Nuclear Power Reactors," that became effective on October 16, 2003.

A typographical error was found in one of the camera-ready TS pages issued with the amendment. The error was on page 3.3-30 of TS Section 3.3.3, "Post Accident Monitoring," and involved the omission of the change bar adjacent to the revised Action C.
