License Amendment 216 for H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, was issued in a July 16, 2007, letter from the NRC to Carolina Power and Light Company, "H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2 - Issuance of Amendment to Adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Standard TS Change Traveler, TSTF-447, Using the Consolidated Line Item Improvement Process (TAC No. MD4250)."

Prior to issuance of the Amendment, Carolina Power and Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., had provided the NRC with camera-ready Technical Specifications (TS) pages for inclusion in the Amendment in a letter dated February 2, 2007.

Subsequent review of these pages and discussion with the NRC has identified an error in camera-ready page 3.3-30 of TS Section 3.3.3 "Post Accident Monitoring." The error was then carried over into the issued Amendment.

The error involves the inadvertent omission of the change bar adjacent to the revised Action C in Section 3.3.3. Prior to the Amendment, Action C contained a note in the Condition column that stated:

"NOTE: Not applicable to hydrogen monitor channels."

Amendment 216 removed this note. However, the change bar was not included in the camera-ready pages provided for Amendment 216 due to an administrative oversight.

The corrected TS page is attached to this letter. The only change from the issued amendment is the editorial change to add the missing change bar.
