On October 31, 1975 Niagara Mohawk'Power Corporation filed an"Application for Amendment to.Technical Specifi-,cations" with the Commission.

The'roposed changes were a result of certain analyses performed by the General Electric Company in accordance with Section 50.46 and Appendix K to 10 C.F.R.Part 50 of the Commission's regulations.

Through an inadvertent error service was not made on the persons listed in the Certificate of Service filed with the Applica~tion.Service on those persons has now been completed.
