Enclosure 5 of Reference (1) contains specific Requested Actions and Requested lnformation associated with Recommendation 9.3 for Emergency Preparedness (EP) programs. NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) submitted an alternative course of action and basis for acceptability of that course of action to respond to the information request (Reference 2). The NRC requested additional clarification (Reference 3) regarding the estimated completion dates provided by NextEra in Enclosure 2 of Reference (2). For multiple requests within Enclosure 2, NextEra provided an estimated completion date of four months prior to the beginning of 1 R35 (as used within the context of NRC Order EA-12-049).
