!"-'-1 A rl 0I-)N)General CommentI oppose the NRC granting Vermont Yankee, Entergy Inc. an exemption which would allow the end of fundingfor the 10 mile radius emergency planning zone (EPZ). Also, I am requesting that the NRC deny Energy Inc. anexemption which would delay the present 15 minute notification time to 60 minutes (1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br />). I support the Stateof Vermont efforts to require Entergy Inc., the owner of Vermont Yankee, to continue EPZ emergency planningzone coverage for the present 10 mile radius around Vermont Yankee and continue funding the EPZ until thespent fuel pool is empty and all high radioactive spent fuel is in dry cask storage.
