Asatemporary measure,abriefcontainment entrywasmadeandthesamplelineswerephysically tracedtoidentifywhichsamplevalveisassociated witheachofthefoursafetyinjection tanks.Thevalveswerethenlabeledaccordingly.

Aninspection willbemadeduringtheforthcoming refueling outagetoconfirmandclose-out thecorrection ofthisdiscrepancy.

Thisisthefirsteventinvolving surveillance errorsduetothisparticular problem.
