BEFORE THE UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 37 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET No. 50-302

Florida Power Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, Applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, here-by amends its Application by the filing of Amendment No. 37.

Amendment No. 37 consists of updated pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report . Specifically, Amendment No. 37 contains revisions that resulted from the meeting with members of your staff on November 28 and 29,1973; miscellaneous FSAR update pages; and a complete revision of Appendix 14C Meteorological Analysis of Periodic Venting to reflect the new meteorological data that was collected during the period from January 1,1972 to December 31, 1972. -

This amendment to the Application contains no restricted data or other defense information.
