By letter dated July 1, 2011, as supplemented on September 2, 2011, Indiana Michigan Power Company submitted an application to amend the CNP Units 1 and 2 facility operating licenses to adopt the performance-base National Fire Protection Association Standard 805 (NFPA 805) as its fire protection licensing basis. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has reviewed the application, as supplemented, in accordance with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Office Instruction LlC-109, "Acceptance Review Procedures," and determined that it is acceptable for review.
