I have been made aware toady of a letter, dated '
June 29, 1979, sent to you by Mr. Rodger Leed, acting on '
behalf of the citizen's group S.C. A.N.P. , in the matter of the Skagit bluclear Powx erofact (Docket. 50-522 and 50-523) .
In the subject letter, Mr. Leed has referred to testimony whLch would be given by Mr. R. T. Green, of the B. C. Energy CW exten, on behsif of his ~lient in the above matter.
This letter is to advise you. that Mr. Green has not agreed to provide wimnny at the hearing for S.C.A.N.P. The only c<wei cation ffr. Green has had with Mr. Leed, or his client, is a letter frem a Mr. Ecb Carr of S.C. A.N.P., dated April 16, which was recalved in our office en June 18, 1379.
The letter was mmled in Seattle, June 16, 1979. A copy of the letter and-eme-1cpe are enclosed. Mr. Green has not replied to this letter in either written or oral form and has never met with or been involved in any way with Mr. Leed, Mr. Carr or S .C. A.N.P.
