Whenthecauseoftherejection ofasnubberisclearlyestablished andremediedforthatsnubberandforanyothersnubberthatmaybegenerically susceptible, andverifiedbyinservice funct1onal test1ng,thatsnubbermaybeexemptedfrombeingcountedasinoperable.
Generically susceptible snubbersarethosewhichareofaspecificmakeormodelandhavethesamedesignfeaturesdirectlyrelatedtorejection ofthesnubberbyvisualinspection, oraresimilarly locatedorexposedtothesameenvironmental conditions suchastemperature, radiation, andvibration.
