as a citizen living close enough to the VY Nuclear Power Plant to be effected in case of an accident on the site Iurge you to request that Entergy maintain the Emergency Planning Zone until all spent fuel is moved to the drycask storage and eventually from site. I am particularly concerned about a possible loss of spent fuel pool waterand the risk of a Zirconium fire. In order to reduce that risk, Entery has to be required to remove all the spentfuel that has cooled long enough from the pool right away.Concerning the dry cask storage, I cannot comprehend why the higher quality dry casks that are being used inEurope and Japan are not required here. Dear Sirs,

as a citizen living close enough to the VY Nuclear Power Plant to be effected in case of an accident on the site Iurge you to request that Entergy maintain the Emergency Planning Zone until all spent fuel is moved to the drycask storage and eventually from site. I hope that in matters of this seriousness you will not let your decisionsbe guided by cost but by security only. Our, the people's, lives -including your own -could depend on it.I am asking you further that you not allow Entergy to cut corners and use Decommissioning Trust Fund moneyfor moving spent fuel into the dry cask system but have it come from Entergy's profits as has been established.Thank you for considering my concerns.sincerelyUlrike von Moltke, Sharon VTSUNSI Review CompleteTemplate = ADM -013E-RIDS= ADM-03A d d = _:S-sk'https://www.fdms.gov/fdms-web-agency/component/contentstreamer?objectld=090000648 1 a54d8d&for... 03/30/2015
