One alignment (jacking) bolt on the southeast corner of P202E was missing from the motor. This screw has no function in the operation of the equipment after installation, so this is not considered an adverse seismic condition.
Three alignment (jacking) bolts were observed to be in contact with the motor housing which is contrary to standard practice of backing out the alignment bolts after alignment is achieved and primary mounting hardware is secured. This condition was previously identified by CR-PNP-2011-3626.
Work Order 286700 is scheduled to correct this condition.

The tag number on P202E was missing. Operations was notified, and an ESOMS label request was initiated.

Interaction Effects 7. Are soft targets free from impact by nearby equipment or structures?
Racks C2206A and C2206B are bolted together and therefore do not pose a seismic risk to each other. The robust barrier fence around Racks C2206A & C2206B has set screws missing from the base brackets of three of the vertical posts. The fence consists of an interconnected framework of light support members and wire mesh. The weight and mass of the assembly is relatively low. The remaining posts (approx 5) have the set screws installed.
The base brackets with the missing set screws still function to resist lateral loads. Since vertical seismic accelerations are less than Ig (Ref Spec C114ERQ), there is no expected uplift at the post locations.
Based on these considerations, the identified condition does not represent a potential adverse seismic interaction.
CR-PNP-2012-04627 was written to replace missing screws.8. Are overhead equipment, distribution systems, ceiling tiles and lighting, and masonry block walls not likely to collapse onto the equipment?

Interaction Effects 7. Are soft targets free from impact by nearby equipment or structures?
Racks C2206A and C2206B are bolted together and therefore do not pose a seismic risk to each other. There is a 3" gap between C2276 and C2206B. However, both racks are well anchored.
Since vertical seismic accelerations are less than Ig (Ref Spec C1 14ERQ), there is no expected uplift at the post locations.
The west masonry block walls next to the rack, 65.9 and 65.10 are safety related.9. Do attached lines have adequate flexibility to avoid damage?10. Based on the above seismic interaction evaluations, is equipment free of potentially adverse seismic interaction effects?YN NEI UE- N/A[-]YZ NEI U[-] N/A[-]YN NEI UE] N/AE-YN NE ]UE]EN-DC-168 REV 0 Engineering Report No. PNPS-CS-12-00001, Rev. 1 Attachment C Page C248 of C413 ATTACHMENT 9.6 SEISMIC WALKDOWN CHECKLIST FORM Sheet 3 of 5 Status: YZ NEI UDýSeismic Walkdown Checklist (SWC) SWELl- 064 Equipment ID No. C2206B Equip.
