Theseweaknesshavebeenaddressed.

Theformathasalsobeenrevisedtoorganizetheinformation fortherequiredsurveillances inaconsistent andobviousmanner.TheChemistry Department hasestablished apolicyconcerning theuseof"N/A"whichmakesitclearthatitsuseisnolongeracceptable ontheNTSsurveillance scheduleform.Theprocedure governing theuseofNTShasbeenrevisedtoreflectthisclarification.
Staffbriefings ontheprocedure changeshavebeencompleted.
Personnel resources havebeenreallocated tobeavailable onatimelybasistoreviewfinishedsurveillances forcompleteness andaccuracy.
