U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission AITN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 Dockets 50-266 and 50-301 License Nos. DPR-24 and DPR-27 Revisions To Security Plan Enclosed is Revision 13 of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP) Physical Security Plan (PSP).
This revision was made as PBNP has discontinued the assignment of a *piece of equipment for personnel qualification as Armed Responders I Armed Security Officers.
Enclosure 1 contains a description of, and justification for, the changes included in the PSP, Revision 13. Enclosure 2 contains Revision 13 of the PSP.- Enclosure 3 contains a Supplemental Letter Supporting PSP Revision 13. Enclosure 4 contains 50.54(p) Submittal for PSP Revision 13.
In accordance with *10 CFR 50.54(p), NextEra has determined that the changes contained in Revision 13 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PBNP PSP.
I NextEra requests that the information contained in this submittal be withheld from public disclosure iri accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
