LUCIE UNIT 1, INSERVICE INSPECTION PLAN FOURTH TEN-YEAR INTERVAL UNIT 1 RELIEF REQUEST 1 By letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated December 7, 2007, Florida Power and Light (FPL) submitted Relief Request 1 for the fourth 10-year inservice inspection (ISI) interval for St. Lucie Unit 1. To complete its review of Relief Request 1, the NRCs staff requests the following additional information.
 
By letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated December 7, 2007, Florida Power and Light (FPL) submitted Relief Request 1 for the fourth 10-year inservice inspection (ISI) interval for St. Lucie Unit 1. To complete its review of Relief Request 1, the NRC's staff requests the following additional information.
: 1) Development of a risk-informed ISI (RI-ISI) program requires estimating conditional core damage and conditional large early release probabilities (CCDPs and CLERPs respectively) from the baseline PRA. Please briefly describe how the CCDPs and CLERPs that are used in the RI-ISI calculations are generated.
