Our letter AEP:NRC:0980U, dated November 12, 1993, proposed to delete Technical Specification (T/S)5.9.1 and T/S Table 5.9-1 (Unit 1)and T/S 5.7.1 and T/S Table 5.7-1 (Unit 2), entitled"Component Cyclic'r Transient Limits." The letter proposed to relocate the requirements of these T/Ss to the Updated FSAR.Pursuant to a discussion with your staff on September 22, 1994, this letter supplements our previous request by changing the reference to those T/Ss in T/S 6.10.2.e (Administrative Controls-Records)to Table 4,1-10 of the Updated FSAR.This additional change is considered to be administrative in nature, and as such our 10 CFR 50.92 evaluation provided in our letter AEP:NRC:0980U remains valid.Attachment 1 contains the additional present T/S pages, marked to reflect the proposed change.Attachment 2 contains the additional proposed, revised T/S pages.The proposed change has been reviewed by the Plant Nuclear Safety Review Committee and by the Nuclear Safety and Design Review Committee.
