Dear Dr. Murley:

The purpose of this letter is twofold. First, to update our AEP:NRC:1143 letter dated 05/01/92 and second, to submit an oath of affirmation statement for our AEP:NRC:0659V letter dated 04/16/93.

Several of the pages in the AEPsNRC:1143 submittal have been affected by two T/S amendments issued since 05/01/92. Attachment 1 contains the updated pages and corrected index pages to reflect current pagination for AEP:NRC:1143 as requested by your staff.

Attachment 2 is the oath of affirmation statement which was inadvertently omitted from the AEP:NRC:0659V letter.

This letter is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.30(b) and, as such/
