Dear Mr. Johnson:

This letter confirms a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for November 19, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. (CDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the results of an extended Augmented Inspection Team inspection for an additional Residual Heat Removal (RHR) system breaker failure at your Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
