2.A Technical Specification change is being prepared to address operation in Mode 5 with a partially drained RCS 3.Entry into Mode 5 is from Nodes requiring higher shutdown margins.Deliberate dilution would be re'quired ta a'chieve the minimum shutdown margin specified in Technical Specifications for Node 5.The higher shutdown margins in Mode 4 and 6 and the need for deliberate dilution to achieve the minimum Node 5 shutdown margin makes this event unlikely.
