iAMENDMENT NO. 13, 36INTRODUCTION Based on the NRC's Final Policy Statement on Technical Specification Improvements for nuclear power plants, and 10CFR 50.36 as amended in Final Rule

be relocated from the Technical Specifications to other licensee controlled
