3) Technical Specification (TS) 6.16, Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI) hereby submits an update of all changes made to the Waterford 3 Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) since the last submittal per letter W3F1-2016-0040 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16154A863) dated June 2, 2016. Additionally, this update satisfies the submittal frequency required by TS 6.16, which indicates that the TRM will be submitted at a frequency consistent with 10 CFR 50.71(e) and exemptions thereto. Plant changes made under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 are reported to the NRG pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.59(b)(2) by separate submittal.

There are no commitments associated with this submittal.
