Dear Mr. Heacock:
By letter dated October 15, 2015, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15294A072), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK, the licensee) proposed changes to the Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan and removal of the Cyber Security requirements from the Operating License.
