Fermi 2 - NRC Issuance of Amendment associated with Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.5.1.4 Mr. Yale, The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is in the process of approving a license amendment request from DTE Electric Company, for Fermi 2.

The amendment would delete the note associated with Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.5.1.4 to reflect the Residual Heat Removal (RHR) system design and ensure the RHR system operation is consistent with TS 3.5.1 Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) requirements.
