Surinder, As discussed on the phone, this email is to document acknowledgment of your proposal to perform an expedited review in 6-months for License Amendment Request to Revise Technical Specification 3.8.1, AC Sources - Operating, Surveillance Requirement SR 3.8.1.12 (ML23128A017) submitted to you on 5/8/23. We accept that this is beyond the original LAR-submitted request to perform the review in 90 days.

We understand that this expedited schedule is dependent on Fermi 2s ability to promptly respond to any Requests for Additional Information (RAI) and that significant delays in RAI response could impact the 6-month review target.
