Status Update on 2.206 Petition Regarding Fermi Unit 2 Mr. Lodge, Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206, the NRC staff has been evaluating the portion of the petition you submitted on April 16, 2020, requesting that the NRC take enforcement action against DTE Energy related to Fermi Unit 2 based on debris in the torus during design basis events. The Petition Review Board (PRB) has been and continues to evaluate the torus debris concerns. In the near future, we expect to provide you with the PRBs initial assessment regarding your petition. At that time, we will provide you an opportunity to meet with the PRB.
