Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.57(g)(1) and NRC Orders (Reference 5) applicable to the Vallecitos Nuclear Center (VNC) regarding the pre-approval of reviewing officials for non-                                                                 power reactors, NorthStar Vallecitos, LLC (NSV) hereby requests NRC approval of Ms. Tina Emery-Howe as a Reviewing Official.
