(4) NRC Orders EA-06-203 and EA-07-074 Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.57(g)(1) and NRC Orders (Reference 4) applicable to the Vallecitos Nuclear Center (VNC) regarding the pre-approval of reviewing officials for non-power reactors, NorthStar Vallecitos, LLC (NSV) hereby requests NRC approval of Mr. Alex Wilbur-Lupe Ochoa as a Reviewing Official.
He has been certified as trustworthy and reliable by NSV and has, need-to-know access to VNC-related safeguards information (SGI). His name is being provided under oath or affirmation pursuant to 10 CFR 37.23(b)(2) according to RIS 2001-018.
Mr. Ochoa is currently the Vallecitos Nuclear Center Security Manager and will be Centers second approved Reviewing Official.
