Dear Mr. Denton:
Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and.as agent.for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits Amendment 3 to its Application for Operating Licenses for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Units-1 and 2. Included in this transmittal are instructions for inserting this amendment.
This amendment consists of editorial changes to correct errors in cross-references, typographical errors, incorrect units of measure, table column
-and row alignment etc. More substantial revisions due to data corrections, design changes, or clarification of operator actions are tabulated in Attachment I to this letter. It is felt that these corrections'will aid in your review which is scheduled to commence on February 1, 1984.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.30(b) and (c), three ;(3) signed originals and sixty (60) copies of Amendment 3 are~' submitted for your use.
