VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT RESUBMITTAL OF REQUEST TO REVISE TECHNICAL SPECIFim \ TION ADDITION OF AUTOMATIC LOAD SEOUENCER Georgia Power Company (GPC) previously submitted a request to add the automatic load sequencer to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Technical Specifications (TS) by letters ELV-3945, dated January 22,1993, and LCV-0063, dated August 6,1993.

Because of subsequent issues raised and discussed with NRR during a meeting on February 2,1994, concerning the applicable TS sections affected by the automatic load sequencer during difTerent modes of plant operation, Georgia Power Company resubmits this request to revise the Technical Specifications. This resubmittal should replace and supersede all ponions of the previously submitted letters referenced above.

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, Georgia Power Company hereby proposes to amend the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit I and Unit 2 Technical Specifications, Appendix A to Operating Licenses NPF-68 and NPF-81.

Georgia Power Company requests approval of this amendment by April 1,1995.

changes are provided in enclosure 3.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, the designated state official will be sent a copy of this letter and all enclosures.
