- Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority o' Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits Amendment 4 to its Application for Operating

Licenses for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Units 1 and 2. This Amendment consists of revised pages for the Final Safety Analysis Report and provides responses to NRC questions transmitted in Ms. Adensam's letter

~ dated' December 13, 1933.. Substantive changes which were not a result of

'the December 13, 1984 ietter'are tabulated in Attachment 1 to this letter.
