Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.
 
==Purpose:==
The purpose of this teleconference, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Energy Northwest (the licensee), is to discuss the licensee's plans and schedule related to the submittals of the following two planned license amendment requests (LARs) for Columbia Generating Station: (1) an LAR to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-505, Revision 2, "Provide Risk-Informed Extended Completion Times - RITSTF [Risk-Informed TSTF] Initiative 4b," and (2) an LAR to adopt 10 CFR 50.69, "Risk-informed categorization and treatment of structures, systems and components for nuclear power reactors."
