BACKGROUND The licensee (PSE&G) has taken numerous step: during this extended outage to address Salem performance problems. The purpose of this task is to obtain assistance in the completion of the NRC actions necessary to conclude that adequate perfore nce improvement has resulted from various

The A review and inspection will be conducted for Salem at the plant site in Hancocks Bridge. NJ.

OBJECTIVE The objective of this task order is to obtain expert technical assistance to evaluate the operational capab111ty of the Salem plant. One human factors specialist with expertise in the review and assessment of management and organizational effectiveness are required.
