Acceptance of Application - Administrative Revision to the Operating License and Technical Specifications (LAR 09-001) - TACs ME0643 and ME0644 By letter dated February 11, 2009, Luminant Generation Company, LLC (Luminant) submitted a license amendment request for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES), Units 1 and 2. The proposed amendment would make administrative revision to the operating licenses and Technical Specifications for both units.
