As a courtesy to all recipients, I am sending our submission from earlier this evening at 9:43 pm central time which was received by the NRC Electronic Information System, but apparently failed to send to the service list. I attempted four more times after the first to submit an amended petition with attachments on behalf of Citizens for Fair Utility Regulation (CFUR) in the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 case. However, each time, the system sent back a response that the documents had been received, but that they had not sent to all of you. I have no idea what happened, but I wanted to make every effort to notice everyone.
I assume that there was a glitch in the system, and I have notified the help desk. Perhaps they will address the issue tomorrow and find my submissions. I apologize if you all get multiple system emails tomorrow for all the attempts that were made once the system updates. In the meantime, I wanted to send you separately the documents I filed now in the unlikely event you want to read them over night. I found your emails on the NRC EIE service list for this case.
