Garry, Good day. Attached is the request for information for the October 18 - 22, 2021, Occupational Radiation Safety Inspection (71124.01, 71124.02, and 71151).

I will be the primary contact for this inspection and Eric Simpson will accompany me. If staffing changes, I will inform you. We would appreciate a quick check on our access authorization prior to arriving onsite.

All requested documents should be provided or uploaded on or before Tuesday, October 05, 2021.

The information requested may be provided in either electronic or paper media or a combination of these; though electronic form is preferred. Information provided in electronic media may be in the form of uploads for a secured document management service, e-mail attachments, or CD. The agencys text editing software is MS Word; however, we have document viewing capability for Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) text files and MS Excel. We request in advance that these documents remain accessible for a period of at least 45 days post the Exit meeting date.

At this time we are planning an onsite inspection; however, if COVID conditions change, we may need to alter our onsite inspection and/or convert it into a remote inspection. Given a varying increase of incident rates and confirmed break through infections, we will be watching the local incident rates prior to our arrival onsite.

Also, prior to arriving onsite, we ask to be provided your most current COVID protocols; i.e.

are there any specific restrictions/changes we should be aware of before visiting the site?
