Upon completion of the planned maintenance, the same day, the system was to be returned to operable status. However, Chilled Water System Flow indication was not received.

This is done to identify significant primary to secondary leakage. The 1R19 Steam Generator Slowdown RMS channels and the 1R15 RMS air ejector channel corroborate the 1R46 channels' indications.
The flow switch was not in the PSE&G folio system.                 Therefore, the component was not kept in stock.
The 1R46 A-E channels provide alarm indication.
