SUMMARY

OF NOVEMBER 18, 2010, TELECONFERENCE MEETING WITH TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY REGARDING WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2, FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT RELATED TO SECTION 7 INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL On November 18, 2010, a Category 1 public meeting I teleconference was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and representatives of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) at NRC Headquarters, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the NRC staff's questions and comments on the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Unit 2 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR), Section 7 Instrumentation and Control, in support of TVA's application for an operating license.

The meeting consisted of the NRC staff and TVA staff discussing the outstanding open items for the review of Section 7 to the FSAR. The list of open items discussed can be found in Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML103280195.

Members of the public did not participate in the teleconferences.
