FW: Fermi 2 Environmental Audit Schedule Randy/Lynne, Please see email below. Bob Hoffman would like to attend the Non-Rad waste tour and break session if him and Emily meet with SHPO on Wednesday. If the SHPO meeting is moved to Thursday morning, then he will not attend the Non-Rad waste tour and break session. Please add him for now and hopefully we will have confirmation next week.

Thanks, Leslie From: Hoffman, Robert Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2014 9:24 AM To: Perkins, Leslie Cc: Larson, Emily; Chazell, Russell

RE: Fermi 2 Environmental Audit Schedule 1

Hi Leslie, If possible, I would also like to back-up Russ on the Non-Rad Waste tour and break-out sessions scheduled for Thursday morning. Emily and I are awaiting confirmation that the SHPOs office will be available on Wednesday; if not, we may need to move the SHPO meeting (in Lansing) to Thursday.

Thanks, Bob From: Perkins, Leslie Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2014 6:47 AM To: Grange, Briana; Folk, Kevin; Klementowicz, Stephen; Rautzen, William; Logan, Dennis; Moser, Michelle; Larson, Emily; Rikhoff, Jeffrey; Martinez, Nancy; Hoffman, Robert; Chazell, Russell; Wittick, Brian

Fermi 2 Environmental Audit Schedule Hi Leslie, 2

Here is the latest and greatest schedule for the environmental audit. This includes the changes you gave to Lynne and one other item. We moved the radiation protection, radwaste, mixed waste breakout session from Thursday to Wednesday so it occurs immediately after the tour from 1100 to 1200. Please let me know when this looks final, then we will send out calendar invites to all our people. Regards.
