Cuttingsville, VT, 05738 General Comment As American Yankees, taxpayers of Vermont and responsible citizens, we demand, by the law of the signed agreement with Vermont, that Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. fully decommission Vermont Yankee, properly disposes of radioactive waste and returns the area to a green field.
We demand of the Nuclear Regulator Committee, to hold Entergy responsible for total clean-up, and Entergy not be allowed to weasel out, claim bankruptcy, falsify claims, or deny responsibility.
We demand the NRC hold Entergy to a speedy comprehensive timeline for decommission and clean up, so that Entergy will become more liable as they continue to attempt to stall, falsify and avoid its job.
We demand Entergy be held accountable for fully funding the decommissioning Of Vermont Yankee. We demand that no costs associated with decommissioning be left to Vermont Taxpayers.
