KEWAUNEE POWER STATION (KPS) AND ASSOCIATED ISFSI RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (TAC MF5779)

Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) submitted Revisions 1 through 4 to Kewaunee Power Station's Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (the Plan) on June 11, 2013, October 2, 2013, November 5, 2013 and September 17, 2014, respectively. On March 12, 2015, DEK received a request for additional information (RAI) regarding the Plan. As discussed in a March 10, 2015 clarification call, the NRC staff considered a response date of May 11, 2015 acceptable. DEK's response to the RAI, as it relates to Revisions 1 through 4 of the Plan, is provided as Enclosures 1 through 3 to this letter.

The combination of material in Enclosures 2 and 3 to this letter is considered Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
